I’m still a traveller, but when I saw Dubai, I firmly decided that I had to make the most of it. We visited a lot of places in this desert city, and the yacht ride was especially memorable because it was the last day and the last impressions.
The Dubai Marina Yacht Club is located in the most expensive area for tourists. It is always lively, with music playing, Arabs talking loudly and, of course, yachts for hire.
We decided to book a yacht tour with dinner. The event lasted a little over 2 hours and cost $110 for two people.
During this time we had time to enjoy sea views, tasty dishes. At the end of the programme we were in for a surprise – a traditional Arabic dance. A man in long heavy skirts came out with tambourines in his hands and spun round for a long time, making different figures out of them. It was spectacular.
